Safe staffing levels, full and fair funding for our hospitals, nursing homes and health centers, and winning affordable, quality healthcare for all. These are our issues and this is our moment!
Who We Are: Healthcare United is a national movement of nurses, doctors, and healthcare workers who believe that insurance and drug companies have too much control over our healthcare system. And with the power of over 1.1 million caregivers in our SEIU Healthcare locals, we're a growing voice that is leading the way to winning national healthcare reform.
Our Goals:
- Unite nurses, doctors, and healthcare workers to speak with one voice for national healthcare reform.
- Spread the word on where presidential and Congressional candidates stand on the issue of fixing our healthcare system
- Turn out nurses, doctors and healthcare workers to vote on November 4 for candidates who will work to fix our broken healthcare system.
And after the election, we'll continue to challenge our newly elected president and Congress to support affordable, quality healthcare for all
